We are seeking Business Development Executive to drive high-quality lead acquisition through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, data research, and consistent follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, and capable of generating qualified opportunities for the sales team. Experienced candidates will take on additional responsibilities in planning, optimizing lead funnels, and guiding junior team members.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify, research, and generate new leads through LinkedIn, calling, email, and referrals
Conduct daily cold calls and outreach to engage potential prospects
Create outreach scripts, messaging templates, and follow-up sequences
Qualify leads based on requirements, budget, and decision-making capability
Schedule appointments and meetings with interested prospects
Maintain and update lead data, call logs, and follow-up notes in CRM tools
Communicate clearly through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online meetings
Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and bring them into the sales pipeline
Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities
Train, mentor, and guide interns or junior Inside Sales executives
Support the sales team by transferring qualified leads and assisting with coordination
Work closely with business development and sales teams to align Business goals
Build strong professional connections with potential clients and decision-makers
Required Skills:
Proven experience in Inside Sales (B2B/B2C)
Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and negotiation abilities
Knowledge of CRM tools, outreach tools, and LinkedIn lead-gen techniques
Ability to manage outreach campaigns and track metrics Leadership and mentoring capabilities
Results-driven and strategic mindset
