Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru as a Business Development Executive. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities and partnerships, developing leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing accounts to achieve business objectives. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to meet targets, representing the organization at relevant events, and preparing business proposals.

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
• Proficiency in Business processes and strategies to effectively drive revenue and organizational goals.
• Excellent Communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in Account Management to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a business-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support decision-making processes.
• Previous experience in the education technology industry or related fields is a plus.
