Responsibilities:
• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities (B2B, retail, marketplaces, collaborations, distributors, and strategic alliances).
• Develop pipeline of leads and manage outreach, follow-ups, pitches, demos, and closure.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen client, reseller, and influencer relationships.
• Understand product line deeply and present value proposition confidently.
• Assist in onboarding retail partners, salons, dermatology clinics, spas, and boutique stores.
• Collaborate with marketing and founder for launch promotions, sampling drives & events.
• Track competitor activity, industry trends, and maintain reports on growth metrics.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to represent TrueDune.
Preferred Skills & Experience
• 2-4 years experience in sales or business development (FMCG/Beauty/Wellness preferred).
• Strong negotiation, persuasion & presentation abilities.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with fast-paced growth environments.
• Excellent communication in English; knowledge of Hindi/Telugu/Kannada is a bonus.
• Ability to manage CRM tools, Excel/Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
