Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and student-centric Admissions Officer cum Career Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a dual role in managing the admissions process and guiding students in choosing the right career path based on their interests, aptitude, and academic background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Admissions Management
• Handle inquiries (phone, email, online) and provide accurate course and admission-related information.
• Maintain records of all prospects and follow up systematically to maximize conversions.
• Process application forms, verify documents, and coordinate with internal teams for enrollment formalities.
• Track and report daily admissions data and provide insights for marketing/sales campaigns.
• Career Counselling
• Counsel students (and parents) on career options in commerce/professional courses like CA, CMA, CS, ACCA, etc.
• Conduct aptitude/interest assessments to recommend appropriate courses.
• Stay updated on educational trends, job market demands, and course opportunities.
• Organize career guidance seminars, webinars, and orientation programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or education services (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Malayalam.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and listening skills.
• Passionate about student success and career development.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital tools.

Preferred Qualities:

• Background in educational institutions or coaching centers.
• Familiarity with commerce/professional course pathways.
• Empathetic, approachable, and proactive attitude.
