Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Pune (Travel required)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and closing property deals, with a focus on alternative real estate such as co-living, hostels, and hotels. The role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with property owners and brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and acquire suitable properties (Hotels, Hostels, Co-living, Residential, Commercial, and Alternative assets).
  • Conduct market surveys, site visits, and feasibility analysis.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close acquisition deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Projects, Finance, Operations) for onboarding properties.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and trackers of acquisition activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 1+ years of real estate sales experience in sourcing and closing deals, preferably in alternative assets (Hotel/Hostel/Co-living).
  • Good knowledge of residential, commercial, and alternative real estate markets.
  • Strong familiarity with the Pune market. Exposure to other metro/sub-metro markets is an advantage.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Street-smart, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively, including intercity travel.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and other basic software tools.

Additional Preferred Skills (Recommended to Add):

  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability.
  • Experience in broker network development.
  • Basic understanding of legal documentation (LOI, Agreement, Due Diligence).
  • Good analytical and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
