Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn US staffing sales and business development process
• Generate leads through email marketing, LinkedIn, and cold calling
• Coordinate with US clients, vendors, and internal recruitment teams
• Assist in requirement understanding and candidate submissions
• Maintain CRM and daily activity reports
• Support senior BDMs in client acquisition and account management
• Follow up with prospects and maintain professional communication
  
  

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Willingness to work in night shift (US timings)
• Basic knowledge of sales or recruitment preferred
• Target-oriented and eager to learn
• Basic computer and MS Excel skills
