Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to expand our client network and drive business growth in the IT Training and EdTech sector. The ideal candidate should have strong relationship-building skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through client meetings and field visits
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
  • Represent the company at seminars, workshops, and networking events
  • Identify potential customers and convert leads into business opportunities
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and business development reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • Understanding of the IT Training or EdTech industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools
  • Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated approach

Qualifications

  • Graduate in BBA, BMS, B.Com, Marketing, or Business Administration
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an added advantage
