Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT Services)
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to support our client's international expansion. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in business development within the IT services domain, who are eager to work with global clients and contribute to revenue growth.
The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in international markets
- Generate and qualify leads through online platforms, networking, and outreach activities
- Engage with potential clients to introduce and position IT services offerings
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver appropriate solutions
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales-related documents
- Ensure regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
- Coordinate meetings across different time zones with global clients
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and business activities
- Work towards achieving business development targets within defined timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development (preferably in IT services)
- Exposure to working with clients in regions such as the US, Europe, or the Middle East
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of IT services and solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple leads and manage priorities effectively
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
