Responsibilities:

This is a cold-calling role at its core, and we mean calling done well.

Not blind dialing down a list. You'll study the client's product, learn their ideal customer profiles, and research each prospect before you pick up the phone. The goal of every call is a real connection that earns a meeting, not a pitch sprayed at whoever answers. If you treat the phone as a research-led conversation rather than a numbers game, you'll do well here.

Your key responsibilities will also include:

  • Scheduling appointments for Thyleads clients in India region.
  • Crafting B2B messaging for outreach campaigns.
  • Engaging with clients prospects using personalized outreach methods and techniques.
  • Managing responses, handling objections, scheduling appointments, and following up with prospects.
  • Working closely with Client's Sales and Marketing team.
  • Participating in weekly calls with clients.
