What You Will Do

  • Own the sales for our largest vertical, end-to-end - from prospecting to deal close
  • Manage and grow relationships across a CRM of 2,500+ technology companies (read B2B)
  • Run outreach workflows across email, LinkedIn, and calls - identify decision-makers, map accounts, and qualify opportunities
  • Enhance the benefit from our AI implementations across the sales workflow and add more
  • Prepare and present sponsorship proposals tailored to each client's goals and audience needs
  • Co-own revenue targets and forecasting with leadership
  • Build clean CRM hygiene, maintain weekly pipeline reports
  • Work directly with the CEO - no layers, no bureaucracy
  • Take the ABM approach for high-value accounts - some relationships will be worth ₹15-20L+ annually
  • Travel to make meaningful connections where business generation becomes side-effect

What We Expect (Non-Negotiables)

  • Strong written + spoken communication - you'll be talking to Heads, VPs and CMOs
  • Ability to run structured outbound daily - calls, emails, follow-ups, all tracked
  • Hunger to learn a niche market fast and become the go-to person in it
  • No fear of rejection - sponsorship sales is a long game with big wins
  • Discipline in follow-ups, documentation, and pipeline management
  • Comfortable owning a number and being measured against it
  • Highest accountability - this is a vertical, not a task list

Nice To Have

  • Past B2B sales experience (even 6–12 months counts - SaaS, services, media, events, anything B2B)
  • B2C experience works too if you bring the hunger and sharpness
  • Exposure to CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce - any)
  • Understanding of the tech or QA ecosystem is a plus but not mandatory - we'll teach you the domain

Hiring Process (Fast)

  1. 30-minute screening call
  2. Short 45-60 minute assignment
  3. Final interview
  4. Offer/result within 48 hours of final interview

Compensation: ₹5–12 LPA Fixed (based on capability, outbound readiness, and execution speed) + top-notch Incentives
