Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include developing strategic plans, managing accounts, tracking industry trends, and creating effective proposals to secure partnerships and contracts. Collaboration with internal teams and ensuring client satisfaction will also be critical aspects of the role.
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive for our hotel business at Kolkata. The focus shall be on promoting the hotel related services through: (a) corporate events, (b) F& B, (c) Rooms (d) Event Planners for corporate & social events (e) Travel Planners, (f) Franchisee model (g) Management model
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Promote curated corporate packages
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare business reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related field
• 1–3 years of business development/sales experience (hotel industry preferred)
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
• Good knowledge of MS Office and presentations tools

Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation

- Proficient in analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting
- Experience in the hospitality industry or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
