We are looking for a persuasive and presentable professional to manage relationships with builders and drive premium subscription sales.
Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive focused on builder relations, you will be the face of our company to developers and builders. Your prime responsibility will be to meet builders teams in person, understand their business needs, and demonstrate the value of our premium subscription plans and other high-end offerings. Given the premium pricing, this role calls for a confident, persuasive, and presentable professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Requirements:
Field sales experience (B2B/Real Estate).
Strong negotiation skills and professional grooming.
Willingness to travel for face-to-face meetings.
Skills and Qualifications:
Impeccable personality with excellent grooming and presentation skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively Experience or familiarity with real estate industry, preferably dealing with builders, developers, or construction companies Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally selling high-value subscription or service plans Confident and persuasive in face-to-face selling and relationship building Ability to work independently and travel extensively as per client meetings Results-driven mindset with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
