JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, excellent communication (verbal & written) skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A background in Faade Industry or Building Material is preferred. This role involves conducting outbound and inbound meetings with clients and Architects, pitching our products and services, focusing on conversions and requires a high degree of self-motivation and discipline. Connects with Architects is preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Visit project sites (residential, commercial, government, corporate, and cooperative) to understand requirements for custom Metal Facades.
  • Schedule and conduct outbound and inbound meetings with potential clients, architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers to generate leads and build strong professional relationships.
  • Pitch and promote made-to-order Metal Facade solutions using catalogues, samples, presentations, and proposals.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, site visits, and industry networking.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and regular follow-ups to enhance satisfaction and conversions.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and documentation using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Coordinate internally for order processing, customization needs, compliance with company policies, and adherence to delivery timelines.
  • Handle client queries and complaints, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution until order completion.
  • Focus on lead conversion, achieving sales targets, and maintaining accurate sales activity records.

JOB SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience (building materials / facade / architectural products)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively for site and client visits
  • Strong Organizational and Time-Management skills
  • Microsoft Word Proficiency
  • Graduate in any Field preferred
