Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Colombo, Srilanka for a Business Development Executive (Telugu & Kannada language). The role will involve generating new business opportunities, identifying and engaging potential leads, and managing client accounts. The successful candidate will maintain regular communications with clients in Telugu and Kannada, present solutions to prospective customers, and actively contribute to revenue growth initiatives. Some tasks may be performed remotely, complemented by in-office responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies
- Strong knowledge in Business processes and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills in Telugu, Kannada, Hindi and English
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Self-motivation, time management skills, and accountability for results
- Familiarity with the gaming and hospitality industry is a plus
