Business Development Executive (Tele Sales)

Gtech Web Solutions Pvt Ltd* is looking for energetic and target-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing SaaS Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups
✔️ Pitch SaaS solutions to potential clients
✔️ Understand customer requirements and close sales opportunities
✔️ Build and maintain strong client relationships
✔️ Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
✔️ Update sales activities in CRM
Requirements:
✔️ 6 months – 2 years of experience in Telesales, SaaS Sales, IT Sales, or B2B Sales
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Target-oriented mindset
✔️ CRM knowledge is a plus. ( Only Telesales are required)
