Business Development Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Agra. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts. Day-to-day activities also include building and executing strategies to meet sales and business growth objectives, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery.

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities effectively
• Strong skills in Business strategies, Account Management, and client relationship management
• Excellent Communication skills including negotiation, persuasion, and presentation strategies
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a goal-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the IT staffing and consulting domain is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
