Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our business growth initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in sales, client handling, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms, networking, and outreach
  • Communicate with potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
  • Assist in proposal creation, presentations, and pitch decks
  • Maintain client relationships and follow-ups
  • Support day-to-day business operations and coordination tasks
  • Manage CRM data and sales pipeline updates

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
  • Basic understanding of business, sales, or marketing concepts
  • Confidence in client interaction and presentation
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn or online bidding platforms is a plus
