Business Development Executive – Corporate Interior Fit-Outs

Location: Pune | Industry: Commercial Interior Fitouts - Office Spaces

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, generate business opportunities, and build strong market relationships within the commercial interior fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
• Build relationships with corporate clients, IPCs, PMCs, architects, and consultants
• Identify upcoming commercial interior fit-out projects
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions
• Coordinate with design and estimation teams for pitches and submissions
• Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups, and business reports
• Support negotiation and closure of projects
• Track market trends, competition, and industry developments

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
• Experience in corporate interiors, fit-outs, real estate, or design-build industry preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Ability to generate and convert business opportunities
• Knowledge of commercial interior market and client handling
