Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development Executive (Tamil language). The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for SEOAK's IT training and education services, particularly with Tamil-speaking prospects and partners. The Business Development Executive will conduct lead generation through calls, meetings, events, and online channels, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting SEOAK's offerings, preparing proposals, managing accounts, following up on leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. The role also requires regular reporting on sales activities, market trends, and business performance, while contributing ideas to improve outreach and growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and convert prospective clients.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and support ongoing partnerships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including fluency in Tamil and good proficiency in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of the IT and ed-tech domains, with the ability to understand and explain training programs and technical concepts clearly.
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in education, training, or IT services.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet targets and manage multiple leads and accounts simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience in sales or business development will be considered.
