We're looking for someone who actually enjoys going out, meeting people, and closing deals not just sitting behind a screen. This is a hands-on Business Developmentrole in the entertainment, events, and talent space. You'll be out in the city meeting agencies, brands, clubs, production houses, and talent basically building real connections and bringing business in.
What you'll be doing
- Visiting casting directors, production houses, modelling agencies, event companies, clubs, bars, etc.
- Meeting models, actors, musicians, and other talent during events, shoots, and workshops
- Building partnerships with brands, agencies, and event companies
- Finding new ways to bring revenue (corporate gigs, weddings, campaigns, etc.)
- Creating your own pipeline (cold outreach, partnerships, whatever works)
- Closing deals yourself — not just supporting someone else
Who this is for
- You have 2–6 years in sales / BD / growth (startup or agency is a big plus)
- You've actually closed deals before
- You understand (or are interested in) the creator/entertainment space
- You're hungry, proactive, and don't wait for instructions
- You can confidently say: Give me 30 days, I'll bring clients.
