Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Chennai

Job Type: Fulltime

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive business growth across both India and US markets. The role involves identifying new opportunities, engaging with international and domestic clients, and supporting revenue expansion. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a global environment with flexibility for different time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in India and US markets
  • Conduct lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
  • Engage with US clients during overlapping or late evening hours (as required)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions/services
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, delivery, marketing) to ensure successful project execution
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pipelines
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain CRM records and track sales activities
  • Stay updated on global market trends and competitor analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales
  • Experience handling US and/or international clients is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Willingness to work in flexible shifts (including US time zones)
