We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in the Gurgaon real estate market. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, build trust effortlessly, and close deals with confidence — we want to hear from you.

Role Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our residential and/or commercial property sales operations in Gurgaon. You will manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and site visits to negotiation and deal closure — while building lasting relationships with clients and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective buyers through referrals, walk-ins, digital leads, and networking.
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits, articulating value propositions clearly and confidently.
  • Manage end-to-end sales pipeline — from first contact to booking and documentation.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms in alignment with company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Stay updated on Gurgaon's micro-market trends, competitor projects, and pricing benchmarks.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master's degree in Sales & Marketing (MBA or equivalent) is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience in the Gurgaon real estate market.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal fluency in both Hindi and English — comfortable with diverse clientele.
  • Personality: High-energy, self-motivated, and confident with a strong ownership mindset.
  • Sales skills: Demonstrated ability to convince, persuade, and close — with sharp negotiation instincts.
  • Familiarity with Gurgaon's key micro-markets — Golf Course Road, Dwarka Expressway, Sohna Road, New Gurgaon, etc.
