Job Title: Business Development Executive

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who will be responsible for driving business growth through outbound calling, lead generation, and client engagement. The role involves interacting with institutions and corporate clients, understanding their requirements, and supporting the Business Development team in closing deals. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and want to grow in the B2B education sector.

Salary Package: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA (depend on interview performance and overall experience)

Office Location: 12, LEELA HEIGHTS, 1ST FLOOR B-3, VIBHUTI KHAND, GOMTI NAGAR, LUCKNOW-226010

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads and set up meetings
  • Identify and engage with potential clients through calls and emails
  • Support in proposal drafting and sales documentation
  • Maintain and update client databases (CRM/Excel)
  • Research and qualify new leads and opportunities
  • Coordinate with the Business Development team for meetings and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and business objectives

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong sales aptitude and convincing ability
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Patience and professionalism while interacting with clients
  • Ability to manage stress and meet targets effectively

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Graduate from a recognized university
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Tele calling / Telemarketing / Inside Sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment
