Job Title: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients requiring IT and Non-IT recruitment services
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into active hiring mandates
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, including follow-ups and delivery tracking
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize service agreements
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and meet monthly business targets
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in business development in a recruitment/staffing firm
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Experience in lead generation and B2B sales
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
