About the Role

Hiteshi InfoTech is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in IT Staff Augmentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client coordination, requirement understanding, and managing the end-to-end coordination process for IT resource requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for IT Staff Augmentation through multiple channels including LinkedIn, portals, networking, and outreach activities.
• Coordinate with existing clients to maintain a continuous flow of IT resource requirements.
• Understand technical requirements and align suitable IT candidates within the client's budget from internal/external talent pools.
• Coordinate with managers for candidate submissions, screenings, and interview scheduling.
• Manage vendors/suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality IT profiles.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Achieve targets related to lead generation, interview conversions, submissions, and closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in IT Staff Augmentation, IT Sales, or Business Development.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and technical hiring requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, recruiters, vendors, and hiring managers effectively.
• Experience working in a target-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
