Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office)

Experience: 05 Years Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) 6.00PM-3.00AM

We are expanding our Sales team and looking for passionate professionals who are eager to drive business growth in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify leads in the US market through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant IT services/solutions.
• Schedule appointments and product demos for the Sales/Technical team.
• Maintain and update CRM regularly.
• Build long-term relationships with prospects and nurture the sales funnel.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication & presentation skills (mandatory)

Understanding of IT services, digital transformation, or technology sales

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong research, negotiation & lead-generation abilities

For interns: MBA in Marketing
