We're Hiring: Business Development Executive / Sr. BDE (US Market)- Hyderabad

We're not looking for people who just make calls.

We're looking for people who know how to open doors.

If you've worked with US or European clients, you already know—

this role is about getting conversations started with the right people.

What You'll Do

Prospect into US / European accounts (calls, email, LinkedIn)

Connect with Directors, VPs, CXOs

Book high-quality meetings that convert

Work closely with the sales team to build a strong pipeline

Can you grab attention in the first 30 seconds

Can you handle objections confidently

Can you follow up in a way that gets responses

What You Bring

2+ years in B2B outbound / inside sales

Experience in US / European markets

Strong cold calling skills (non-negotiable)

Background in IT / services sales is a plus

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
