Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Development Executive located in Mengio. The individual will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and develop strategies to drive company growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, engaging with potential clients, providing tailored service solutions, and tracking industry trends to identify emerging opportunities. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure business objectives are met and deliver high-quality client experiences.

Qualifications
  • Business Development and Sales skills, with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities
  • Market Research and Strategic Planning skills to identify trends and potential areas for growth
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong Interpersonal and Relationship Management skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on meeting targets and driving company growth
  • Knowledge of the Indian and Sri Lankan markets is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
