Business Development Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, managing accounts, and building relationships with clients. The executive will work closely with internal teams to develop strategies to achieve growth goals and meet client needs.

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
• Strong skills in Account Management and fostering long-term client relationships
• Demonstrated expertise in Business acumen and strategic thinking
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with clients and teams
• Goal orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in sales or business development is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
