Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive who will drive student admissions, partnerships, and initial hiring support for our growing institute.
This role requires strong communication, conversion skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, content-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage student leads through online and offline channels
Counsel prospective students on Digital Marketing & AI programs
Convert inquiries into successful admissions
Execute consistent follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and DMs
Build partnerships with colleges, communities, and creators
Assist in recruitment processes (screening candidates, coordinating interviews)
Maintain and update lead and candidate databases (CRM)
Support marketing initiatives, especially Instagram and content-led outreach
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in sales, admissions, or business development
Ability to handle leads, objections, and conversions effectively
Organized approach to follow-ups and pipeline management
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic digital platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in edtech, course sales, or training institutes
Understanding of digital marketing or AI domain
Exposure to hiring or recruitment coordination
