About the job

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Singapore team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients in Singapore's construction and infrastructure sectors.

Your role will involve generating sales leads, pitching our products/services, and closing deals. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Mandarin and/or Malay will be an advantage for communicating with regional clients If you are a proactive and outgoing individual with a proven track record in achieving sales quotas, we invite you to apply. Responsibilities

  1. Support marketing and partnership activities to strengthen brand visibility within Singapore's construction community.
  2. Generate sales opportunities from construction subcontractor, main contractor, and ecosystem partner clients.
  3. Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, site visits, networking events , and exhibitions.
  4. Pitch the company's products/services to potential clients.
  5. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  6. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  7. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  8. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and the relevant team members.
  9. Report sales results to the CEO.
  10. Stay up-to-date with new products/services offered by the company.
  11. Provide proper after-sales service to clients.

Requirements and Skills

  1. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  2. Outgoing and active, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  3. Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin and/or Malay is an advantage. 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls.
  5. Track record of achieving sales quotas.
  6. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce).
  7. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, for preparing presentations, analyzing data, and creating reports.
  8. Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  9. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Construction, or a relevant field.
  10. Proven work experience as a sales representative or in a similar role.
  11. Knowledge and experience in the Singapore construction, contracting, or infrastructure industry will be prioritized.

Candidates with extensive experience and a strong background may be considered for a Business Development Manager position.

We offer a competitive base salary, sales incentives based on sales performance, and a year-end bonus. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Singapore; employment pass sponsorship is not available for this position.
