SHRISH IP ASSOCIATES LLP is a growing Intellectual Property (IP) consulting firm serving clients across the United States, Europe, and other international markets. We specialize in Patent Searches, Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) Searches, Invalidity Searches, Patent Drafting, Patent Drawings, and related IP services.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and help expand our global client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other lead generation channels.
• Identify and connect with potential clients, including law firms, patent attorneys, and companies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Schedule meetings and present our services to prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Work closely with the management team to achieve business development targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Lead Generation.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, CRM tools, or email marketing is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
