Responsibilities:
Enhance worldwide revenue, profit and market share with identified multinational accounts, through both existing and new business
Build and manage relationships with existing clients and prospective clients
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
Manage sales pipeline
Analyse market and establish competitive advantages
Attend regular meetings with clients for business development, marketing, technical governance and resolution of conflicts
Have knowledge of import and export business and the mechanics and logistics behind it
Communicate production timelines as well as product availability with customers
Work in tandem with the product team regarding production forecasts
Manage Indiamart and Trade India accounts
Qualifications:
MBA degree with a minimum of 2 years of B2B chemical sales experience
Bachelor's degree required B.Sc. in Chemistry, B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience in managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the chemical, industrial, or manufacturing sectors
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant digital business platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate value chains, assess risks, and identify growth opportunities in target accounts
