Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Thane. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong sales pipeline across HR and compliance services. The Business Development Executive will conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, understand client requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to offer tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals, following up with prospects, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The role also requires market research, competitor analysis, and contributing to sales strategies to support revenue growth and long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and relationship management.
  • Experience in client communication, presentation, and negotiation, with the ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Familiarity with HR, payroll, staffing, or compliance services, or a strong interest in learning these domains.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide insights that support sales strategy and planning.
  • Proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools, and comfort working with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and collaborative approach.
  • Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple opportunities, and meet sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; prior B2B sales experience is an advantage.
