Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Thane. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong sales pipeline across HR and compliance services. The Business Development Executive will conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, understand client requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to offer tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals, following up with prospects, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The role also requires market research, competitor analysis, and contributing to sales strategies to support revenue growth and long-term client relationships.
