Job Opening Business Development Executive (Europe Market)
Office Location:
Mumbai Office
Near Marol Metro Station, Andheri East, Mumbai
Office Timing
Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Develop business opportunities for the Europe market.
Conduct market research and identify potential overseas clients and recruitment opportunities.
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, portals, and other business platforms.
Coordinate with international clients regarding manpower requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Arrange and attend client meetings virtually or physically whenever required.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
Coordinate with recruitment teams for sourcing suitable candidates as per client requirements.
Prepare client reports, market updates, and business development trackers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Maintain proper records of client communication and business activities.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or recruitment industry preferred.
Knowledge of international recruitment or overseas manpower industry will be an added advantage.
Comfortable with client coordination and lead generation activities.
Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and online business platforms.
Salary Budget :- Upto 30 k per month ( as per the experience )
