Responsibilities:-
- Engage with prospective learners, understand their goals, and provide guidance on the right program fit.
- Candidates must have experience in sales, preferably in the Education / EdTech industry.
- Handle end-to-end sales: prospecting calling counseling follow-ups closing.
- Identify, target, and engage high-value prospects & decision-makers.
- Build strong trust-based relationships with learners through clear communication and consultation.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and achieve monthly revenue and admissions targets.
- Track the entire sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasting.
Qualifications:-
- 13 years of experience in Sales, Admissions, Counseling, or similar roles.
- (Preferably in the Education / EdTech sector)
- Experience in selling Master's Programs is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills ability to inspire, guide, and influence learners.
- Capability to identify, target, and convert high-value prospects effectively.
- A self-motivated, goal-driven individual with high ownership & accountability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
