We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our high-growth sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in active communication, understand learner needs, and can guide them toward career-transforming decisions.

Job Type - Full-time/ Permanent

Location - Gurugram, Haryana

Responsibilities:-

  • Engage with prospective learners, understand their goals, and provide guidance on the right program fit.
  • Candidates must have experience in sales, preferably in the Education / EdTech industry.
  • Handle end-to-end sales: prospecting calling counseling follow-ups closing.
  • Identify, target, and engage high-value prospects & decision-makers.
  • Build strong trust-based relationships with learners through clear communication and consultation.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and achieve monthly revenue and admissions targets.
  • Track the entire sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasting.

Qualifications:-

  • 13 years of experience in Sales, Admissions, Counseling, or similar roles.
  • (Preferably in the Education / EdTech sector)
  • Experience in selling Master's Programs is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills ability to inspire, guide, and influence learners.
  • Capability to identify, target, and convert high-value prospects effectively.
  • A self-motivated, goal-driven individual with high ownership & accountability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
