Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Meerut. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and managing client accounts, communicating with potential and existing clients, and developing robust sales strategies to achieve growth objectives. The role includes managing lead generation activities, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong expertise in Account Management and fostering long-term client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Knowledge of the educational ERP domain is preferred
- Bachelor's & master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency with CRM software and other business development tools is a plus
