Business Development Executive

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive based in Kolkata. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing sales pipelines, and negotiating contracts. The candidate will be responsible for researching market trends, preparing and delivering impactful presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth. The role also involves attending events, networking with stakeholders, and contributing to strategies for achieving company goals.

• Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management skills
• Experience in Market Research and creating Strategic Plans
• Strong Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication skills
• Ability to identify and pursue new opportunities to generate business growth
• Proficiency in CRM tools and digital platforms used for lead generation and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the tech or software development industry is a plus
