Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Support Executive with strong communication skills in English and Hindi and prior experience in the packaging or polymer industry. The role involves supporting the sales team in managing customer interactions, order processing, and technical coordination for EcoGran biopolymer products.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales CoordinationSupport the sales team in managing leads, inquiries, and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch.
- Customer CommunicationCommunicate effectively with clients in English and Hindi via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Handle customer queries related to product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Technical UnderstandingUnderstand basic concepts of packaging materials, polymers, and biopolymer compounds.
- Assist customers with product selection and application-related queries.
- Documentation & MISPrepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Maintain CRM data and track order status.
- Order & Dispatch CoordinationEnsure timely processing of orders and coordination with production and logistics teams.
- Track dispatches and ensure on-time delivery.
- Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Requirements
- 34 years of experience in sales support / inside sales, preferably in:
- Packaging industry
- Polymer / plastics / biopolymer sector
- Strong communication skills in:
- English (mandatory)
- Hindi (mandatory)
- Basic understanding of:
- Polymer materials / plastic processing / packaging applications
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication)
- Good organizational and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales support
- Exposure to sustainable packaging or biodegradable materials
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools
