  • Location: Bengaluru (On-site)
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Compensation: 35,000- 45,000 Per month+ Incentives
  • Experience: 1–4 Years (SaaS Preferred)

About

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive – SaaS to join a growing AI SaaS startup. In this role, you will help generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and meeting generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential customers through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and calls
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP criteria
  • Book discovery calls and product demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate activity records in CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Execute high-volume outbound campaigns with personalized messaging
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach performance
  • Meet weekly and monthly outreach and meeting booking KPIs

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, or outbound sales roles
  • Prior exposure to B2B SaaS sales environment preferred
  • Familiarity with outbound tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a startup environment
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and high-activity sales processes

Good to Have

  • Experience working with international markets
  • Exposure to SaaS, AI tools, CRM, or sales-tech products
  • Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification
