Candidate Requirements
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Strong experience in product demos and deal closures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a startup environment.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English.

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to
join our growth team. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue by conducting
product demos, converting leads, and closing deals with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct product demonstrations and consultations for prospective customers (inbound
& outbound).
• Clearly articulate the value proposition and tailor the pitch based on customer
requirements.
• Manage the sales funnel from lead qualification to conversion and follow-ups.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling.
• Coordinate with onboarding and customer success teams for smooth customer
handover.
• Gather customer and market feedback to improve product and sales strategies.
• Maintain CRM records and track sales activities and pipeline.
• Lead sourcing from different platforms such as LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Handle customer calls during US business hours whenever required.
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
