Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile and high-energy Business Development Executive to drive growth across both our corporate and individual client segments. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle: from identifying high-value B2B partners to converting B2C leads into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • B2B: Identify and research potential corporate clients, SMEs, and strategic partners using LinkedIn and industry databases.
  • B2C: Manage and qualify a high volume of inbound leads from social media, website inquiries, and marketing campaigns.

2. Sales & Conversion

  • Pitching: Conduct professional product demonstrations and sales pitches tailored to the audience.
  • Negotiation: Handle objections effectively and negotiate pricing/terms to close deals.
  • Closing: Own the conversion target for individual sales while assisting senior management in booking high-level corporate meetings.

3. Relationship & Pipeline Management.

  • Follow-ups: Execute a disciplined follow-up strategy via phone, email, and WhatsApp to move leads through the funnel.
  • Account Management: Build long-term relationships with corporate points-of-contact to encourage renewals and referrals.

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: 3+ years in a sales, business development, or client-facing role (B2B, B2C, or both).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—must be able to write a professional formal proposal and a catchy sales text.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle the long, logical sales cycle of B2B alongside the fast-paced, emotional cycle of B2C.
  • Mindset: A growth mindset with the resilience to handle rejection and the drive to hit monthly revenue targets.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Outreach Volume: Daily number of calls/emails made.
  • Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads turned into customers.
  • Pipeline Value: Total potential revenue from active B2B negotiations.
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Efficiency in closing B2C deals.
