Job Title: Business Development Executive | Remote Sales & Client Growth

Experience: 0–3 years

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: 3-6 LPA

Working: 5.5 days (Saturday half day)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing remote sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, conducting product demonstrations, and helping drive revenue growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals who are passionate about sales, communication, and client engagement. You will work with modern sales and collaboration tools while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Research industries and companies to create personalized outreach strategies.
  • Handle objections professionally and guide prospects through the sales funnel.

Product Demonstrations

  • Conduct engaging product demos via Zoom, Google Meet, or other online platforms.
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Understand client pain points and provide suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical or pre-sales teams when required.
  • Follow up with proposals, pricing, and next steps after demonstrations.

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in Jira/CRM tools.
  • Track lead progress from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Organize daily follow-ups and sales activities efficiently.
  • Prepare weekly reports and sales updates for the management team.

Sales Performance

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, demos, and conversions.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions.
  • Continuously improve communication and sales skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
  • Comfortable using computers, email platforms, and video conferencing tools.
  • Willingness to make a high volume of outbound calls daily. 

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or Customer Engagement is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Jira, CRM tools, or project management platforms.
  • Exposure to SaaS, EdTech, FinTech, or product-based sales environments is advantageous.
  • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of consultative or solution-based selling techniques.
