Renate is Looking for: Business Development Executive
The Role As a Business Development Executive at Renate, you will own the closing motion end-to-end. This is not a lead-generation seat. A dedicated research intern maps your targets daily company name, number of live openings, HR decision-maker contact, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp. You wake up to a pre-qualified pipeline every morning. Your job is to get in front of those decision-makers, show them what Renate does on their actual open roles, and close the deal ideally the same day. You will report directly to the founder and own each new client relationship for the first 30 days.
