Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services.
- Generate business through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, networking, and field visits.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with HR leaders, hiring managers, and business decision-makers.
- Understand client hiring needs and propose customized recruitment solutions.
- Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and service agreements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure timely closure of client requirements.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline, client database, and weekly business development reports.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual client acquisition and revenue targets.
- Represent PS Collaborations at business networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
Mandatory Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of proven experience in client acquisition for Recruitment Consulting, Staffing, Executive Search, RPO, or HR Consulting services.
- Demonstrated track record of acquiring new clients and achieving business development targets.
- Strong understanding of recruitment life cycle and talent acquisition services.
- Experience in B2B sales and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Skills
- Existing network of HR professionals and corporate decision-makers.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Office, CRM tools, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business planning skills.
