Job Title: Business Development Executive – Real Estate

Location: Dhanbad (Preferred) / Remote

Experience: 1–4 years

Industry: Real Estate Sales & Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive property sales, manage client queries, and support our digital presence. You will be the bridge between potential buyers and our real estate offerings—ensuring smooth communication, follow-ups, and closures.

Key Responsibilities

Property Sales & Client Relationship

  • Generate leads through online/offline channels and convert them into site visits & sales.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries regarding properties.
  • Conduct property presentations, explain project details, pricing, and benefits.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with on-ground teams for site visits, documentation, and handovers.

Business Development & Lead Management

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Track leads, follow up consistently, and update CRM/lead sheets.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance.

Social Media & Insta Postings

  • Manage Instagram postings related to listings, property updates, client testimonials, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal or design teams for creatives.
  • Engage with inquiries coming from Instagram & other social platforms.

Coordination & Admin

  • Manage property inventory sheets.
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, open houses.
  • Assist in documentation, basic paperwork, and after-sales coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales / BD / telesales (preferred).
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Confident, well-spoken, and comfortable dealing with clients.
  • Basic knowledge of Instagram posting & social media handling.
  • Ability to work independently with target-driven mindset.
  • If not based in Dhanbad, must be able to work efficiently in a remote setup.
