Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on driving sales of residential real estate projects in Hyderabad through a combination of office-based activities and field sales work. The ideal candidate will be based in Hyderabad with proven real estate sales experience and their own transportation.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for real estate projects in Hyderabad
- Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective residential real estate buyers
- Drive end-to-end sales closures independently with minimal supervision
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Understand client needs and provide expert guidance on real estate investments
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Follow up consistently on leads and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to stay updated on Hyderabad real estate trends and opportunities
- Prepare and deliver market insights and sales reports to management
- Stay informed about infrastructure developments and growth drivers in Hyderabad
Field Work
- Conduct extensive fieldwork to meet clients at project sites and their preferred locations
- Attend industry events, meets, and networking sessions to build connections
- Coordinate site visits and property demonstrations for prospective buyers
Required Qualifications
Experience & Education
- Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience (mandatory requirement)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Proven track record in sales with ability to meet and exceed targets

- Strong sales acumen with demonstrated ability to close deals independently

Location Requirements
- Must be based in Hyderabad(mandatory requirement)
- Must have own conveyance for field sales activities
