Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on driving sales of residential real estate projects in Hyderabad through a combination of office-based activities and field sales work. The ideal candidate will be based in Hyderabad with proven real estate sales experience and their own transportation.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for real estate projects in Hyderabad
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective residential real estate buyers
  • Drive end-to-end sales closures independently with minimal supervision

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Understand client needs and provide expert guidance on real estate investments
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Follow up consistently on leads and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on Hyderabad real estate trends and opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver market insights and sales reports to management
  • Stay informed about infrastructure developments and growth drivers in Hyderabad

Field Work

  • Conduct extensive fieldwork to meet clients at project sites and their preferred locations
  • Attend industry events, meets, and networking sessions to build connections
  • Coordinate site visits and property demonstrations for prospective buyers

Required Qualifications

Experience & Education

  • Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience (mandatory requirement)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
  • Proven track record in sales with ability to meet and exceed targets

Essential Skills

  • Strong sales acumen with demonstrated ability to close deals independently
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with results-driven approach
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities

Location Requirements

  • Must be based in Hyderabad(mandatory requirement)
  • Must have own conveyance for field sales activities
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad for client meetings and site visits
