Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive with 02 years of experience and exposure to real estate or construction-related business development. The role involves supporting business growth through lead generation, client coordination, and market research within the real estate and development sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and support new business opportunities in real estate and architectural consulting
Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, brokers, landowners, and consultants
Research upcoming real estate projects, redevelopment opportunities, and tenders
Assist in preparing architectural proposals, fee proposals, and presentations
Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and documentation
Maintain and update a pipeline of prospective clients and projects
Support branding, marketing, and networking initiatives
Track real estate market trends and competitor activity
Coordinate closely with the Principal Architect and internal design team
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Architecture, or a related field
02 years of experience in business development, real estate, construction, or consulting
Basic understanding of real estate development and project lifecycle
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and explain architectural services
Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented approach
Working knowledge of MS Office and PowerPoint
Preferred (Added Advantage)
Prior exposure to real estate developers, brokers, or architectural/design firms
Experience assisting with RFPs, tenders, or consultant appointments
Knowledge of residential, commercial, or redevelopment projects
