Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth in the architectural and government sectors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in architectural marketing or government department liaisoning, with the ability to generate leads, build relationships, and convert opportunities into projects.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, consultants, builders, and government departments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, PMC consultants, contractors, and government officials.
Track and follow up on tenders, RFQs, and infrastructure projects related to tensile structures.
Coordinate with design and technical teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and submissions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Maintain sales pipeline and achieve assigned business targets.
Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and networking forums.
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Architectural Marketing OR Government Department Marketing.
Experience in construction, architectural products, or infrastructure projects preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Willingness to travel for meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
