Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Varanasi

Experience: 0–2 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Varanasi. The ideal candidate should possess strong English communication skills, working knowledge of MS Excel, and the ability to generate leads through cold calling and mass outreach. Candidates with prior experience as a BDE in recruitment, consultancy, or agency-based companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling to potential clients to introduce products or services.
  • Execute mass mailing campaigns and follow-ups to generate and nurture leads.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive lead generation.
  • Maintain and update lead data, reports, and trackers using MS Excel.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Maintain professional communication with prospects and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or telecalling.
  • Prior working experience as a Business Development Executive (BDE) in a recruitment, consultancy, or agency-based company is mandatory/preferred.
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, reporting).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Immediate availability to join.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Candidates with experience in recruitment consultancy or agency setup will be given preference.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
